Persyaratan

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Lo administration or administrative support role
• Has the ability to communicate in English.
• Good in computer skills Microsoft Office Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Have knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.
• Understanding of distribution, delivery, and supply chain processes.
• Familiarity with inventory systems/software.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reporting.
• Problem-solving skills in handling logistic and delivery issues.
• Will be placed in Cikarang.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage stock of worksheets, books, learning materials, and operational supplies.
• Record all incoming and outgoing items accurately in the system.
• Conduct regular stock opname and report the results.
• Arrange and ensure timely delivery of learning materials and supplies.
• Maintain the cleanliness, order, and safety of the warehouse.
• Organize warehouse layout for efficiency and easy access.
• Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure material availability.
• Prepare regular reports on stock levels, distribution, and usage.
• Keep proper records and filing of all logistic transactions.
• Provide updates on the status of goods and deliveries when required.
• Ensure all logistic activities are in line with company SOP.
