Persyaratan
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Secretary, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant (preferably supporting top management or directors)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written), bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to perform under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travels
- Prepare documents, reports, and handle confidential correspondence
- Anticipate needs and ensure seamless daily operations
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for ongoing initiatives
- Maintain professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail at all times
