Persyaratan

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Required language(s): English.
• Preferably staying in Bali area (Badung, Denpasar).
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
• Must have experience in creating Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Excellent analytical skills in planning and designing infrastructure.
• Preferably located in Bali and close to Kerobokan, Badung.

Tanggung Jawab

• Create budget plan (RAB) or Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Work closely with architects, drafter, and site engineers.
• When needed, check and validate the quality of structural drawings.
• Study the different pricings in the market to ensure the best price used in the BOQ.
• Ensure the construction structural work comply with the design requirements (drawing, quantity and specification).
• Read the construction drawings to calculate and quantify the work, and to document the quantity of work.
• Estimate budget based on the design provided by Architects.
• Design and prepare infrastructure design drawings from conceptual design to Forcont design.
• Please check your email frequently for further process.
• Make the opname report (inventory control) for the projects that have been done in team with site engineers.
