Persyaratan

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a PR agency or in-house PR role, with a strong track record of delivering successful campaigns.
• Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts and influencers.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Sound understanding of the media landscape and evolving PR and communications trends.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism or a related field.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and implement comprehensive PR strategies to raise brand awareness and manage reputation for a range of clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing their expectations and delivering high-quality work on time and on budget.
• Write compelling press releases, byline articles, speeches and other communications content.
• Identify and pitch relevant media opportunities to secure coverage in print, online and broadcast media.
• Provide expert counsel and crisis communications support as needed.
• Monitor media coverage and social media discussions, providing regular insights and reports.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing and social media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
• Mentor and guide more junior members of the PR team.
