Persyaratan

• Strong sensitivity to social media culture & trends in Indonesia.
• Creative thinker with experience in content planning, strategy, and storytelling.
• Ability to identify hot topics that capture audience attention.
• High aesthetic sense and understanding of visual presentation.
• Experience managing multiple social platforms is a plus.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia, English and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute content strategies tailored to each client’s goals and brand identity.
• Spot trending topics and formats that can attract and engage Indonesian audiences.
• Create fresh, eye-catching, and relevant content concepts that drive interaction.
• Track performance, analyze insights, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.
