Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy/Pharmacology, Marketing Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as Product Development in cosmetics toll manufacturing, beauty industry, or B2B pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of cosmetics/beauty trends and product development processes.
• Proficiency in English (spoken & written) for global communication.
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent in planning, organizing, and project management.
• Highly motivated, passionate about cosmetics, with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta (TB. Simatupang).

Tanggung Jawab

• Conduct market research on beauty industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities, providing proposals for new product development.
• Identify and acquire potential B2B clients.
• Support related teams by sharing client feedback, market insights, and product briefs.
• Explore market expansion opportunities, including new markets and distribution channels.
• Analyze marketing & sales data, monitor repeat order trends, and provide reports for business optimization.
• Collaborate with agency, R&I team, SCM & Logistics, Production, and PPIC teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Achieve assigned marketing and business development targets.
