Persyaratan

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the tourism or adventure travel industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and analytics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts.
• Creativity and innovation in developing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and software, such as CMS, CRM, and project management platforms.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Tanggung Jawab

• Developing and implementing effective marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and events, to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
• Collaborating with the creative team to produce compelling marketing content, including website updates, social media posts, brochures, and other promotional materials.
• Conducting market research to identify customer trends, preferences, and pain points, and using these insights to inform the marketing strategy.
• Monitoring and analysing marketing performance metrics to measure the success of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
• Maintaining and updating the company’s online presence, including the website and social media channels.
• Fostering relationships with key industry partners and influencers to explore co-marketing opportunities.
• Assisting with event planning and execution, including trade shows and customer events.
