Persyaratan

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role within electronic retail or consumer electronics.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup (remote and in-office as needed).
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal) – this is a plus point.
• Familiarity with the local electronic retail landscape and key players.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
• Analytical mindset and a proactive attitude.

Tanggung Jawab

• Develop and execute business development strategies targeting electronic & home depot retail channels.
• Identify and approach potential retail partners, negotiate deals, and manage onboarding.
• Maintain and grow new client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Drive market expansion efforts by identifying new sales channels and opportunities to introduce our products in Semarang & Central Java area.
• Support brand visibility initiatives such as identifying strategic locations for signage, promotional placements, and branding activities.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to align strategies.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for internal review.
