Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Min. 2 years experience as Site Engineer in building/infrastructure projects, preferably Factory or Warehouse projects.
• Good command in English language (verbal + writting).
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site in various location, especially in Java.

Tanggung Jawab

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure compliance with plans, specs, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants for smooth project execution.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and tracking project progress; prepare regular site reports.
• Implement quality control and ensure compliance with building codes and company standards.
• Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
• Provide technical guidance, resolve site issues, and review engineering drawings.
• Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials, and equipment usage.
