Persyaratan

• Proven experience in the building materials or interior design industry, especially ceramics, granite, sintered stone, or sanitary ware.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or project sales, with team leadership exposure.
• Strong network within the construction, architecture, and developer sectors.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written) is mandatory.
• Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.
• Strategic thinker, result-driven, and proactive in identifying new business opportunities.
• Willing to travel across Indonesia for project visits and client meetings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, Interior, or related fields preferred.
• Having an existing client network within the construction, architecture, interior design, or developer industry will be a strong advantage.

Tanggung Jawab

• Identify, develop, and secure new project-based clients across Indonesia.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing key clients and partners.
• Lead business development initiatives to achieve sales and market expansion targets.
• Collaborate with management to design and execute strategic growth plans.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
• Lead, motivate, and guide the business development team to achieve performance goals.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and project negotiations.
