Persyaratan
- Maximum age: 38 years old
- Preferably based in Surabaya or willing to be placed there
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience in electric motor, industrial equipment, or technical support / sales roles
- Good understanding of motor applications, including efficiency, sizing, and troubleshooting
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience handling gearboxes, inverters, or industrial automation is a plus
Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the technical expert for electric motors and related industrial equipment
- Support the sales team by providing product recommendations and solutions tailored to customer needs
- Conduct technical training, product demos, and presentations for both internal teams and customers
- Analyze customer applications and recommend the most suitable product specifications
- Assist in resolving technical issues and providing after-sales support when required
- Collaborate with principals / suppliers for product updates and training
- Collect and analyze market trends to support product positioning and development
