Persyaratan

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end student admission process, from inquiries and applications to enrollment.
• Provide clear and timely information to prospective students and parents.
• Coordinate school tours and admission interviews.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content for the school’s social media platforms.
• Promote school events, student achievements, and important announcements.
• Monitor online engagement and respond to comments and messages in a professional manner.
• Execute school marketing campaigns and promotional events as directed by the school management.
• Ensure branding consistency in all marketing materials and communications.
• Work with internal teams to showcase school programs, facilities, and student success stories.
• Act as a liaison between the school and parents to ensure effective communication.
• Receive, manage, and respond to parent feedback or complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Work closely with relevant departments to resolve issues and follow up with families.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with universities, educational institutions, media outlets, and relevant organizations.
• Represent the school at external events, education fairs, and networking functions.
