Persyaratan
- Revenue Leadership: Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership, with direct responsibility for multi-million-dollar revenue targets across multiple regions.
- Industry Experience: Proven track record of gaining significant sales in the Security Services, Business Services, or complex solution-selling industries.
- Metrics Proficiency: Deep expertise in sales metrics, pipeline management, CRM systems, and financial forecasting.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required for engaging with C-level clients and internal executives.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a relevant field.
- Travel: Willingness to undertake significant travel.
Tanggung Jawab
- Revenue Ownership: Hold ultimate accountability for achieving and surpassing the annual and quarterly revenue targets (quotas) across all assigned regions.
- Market Penetration: Develop sophisticated, data-driven strategies to systematically penetrate new vertical markets (e.g., healthcare, tech, infrastructure) and increase market share within existing sectors.
- Pricing and Margin Optimization: Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations to define pricing strategies and contract terms that maximize profitability and ensure healthy margins on every deal.
- Sales Forecasting: Deliver accurate and reliable sales forecasts and pipeline reports to the executive team, providing clear visibility into future revenue streams.
- Talent Development: Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Managers and Account Executives. Institute rigorous coaching programs focused on consultative selling and high-value closing techniques.
- Pipeline Velocity: Implement best practices for CRM utilization and pipeline management to increase deal velocity and conversion rates from prospect to closed sale across the regions.
- Performance Management: Establish clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and accountability measures for all regional sales personnel, ensuring swift action is taken to address underperformance.
- Closing High-Value Deals: Personally lead and close large, complex enterprise-level contracts. Act as the senior representative in final negotiations to secure high-value, long-term security partnerships.
- Strategic Account Expansion: Direct sales teams to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base to significantly increase customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Champion collaboration with Operations to ensure service delivery models are scalable and competitive, supporting the sales strategy.
