Persyaratan

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
• Min. 5 years of experience in human resources or employee recruitment
• Strong Understanding of labor laws, disciplinary procedures and familiar with HRIS
• Fluent in English both, spoken & written
• Good leadership
• Hands – on team player with positive attitude, hard worker and discipline
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
• Able to join immediately
• Priority is given to those already domiciled in Bali

Tanggung Jawab

• Design and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with industry standards and company objectives
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, regulations, and trends related to compensation and benefits, and ensure compliance with company regulation
• Recruitment, Screening candidate, interview process with user conclusion – cross reference check, employee contracting, orientation, administration as: filling all document input soft & hard copy, uniform, company asset hand over
• Employee benefit, salary structure included: overtime, daily attendant report, meal allowance, service/ bonus
• Insurance BPJS Kesehatan process input employee (newly / resign staff, monthly report on edabu system)
• Insurance BPJS Ketenagakerjaan process input employee (newly / resign staff, monthly report on SIPP Online system)
• Record annual leave, sick leave, unpaid leave (Talenta HR. System)
