Persyaratan

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar VIP host or concierge role within the hospitality industry
• Exceptional customer service skills and a natural ability to anticipate and cater to the needs of VIP guests
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; with the ability to build meaningful relationships with clients
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to handle any issues or concerns that may arise
• A professional; polished and discreet demeanour; with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages

Tanggung Jawab

• Warmly greeting and welcoming VIP guests upon arrival; ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
• Anticipating the needs of VIP clients and proactively providing a personalised and attentive service
• Maintaining strong relationships with VIP guests; understanding their preferences and tailoring the experience accordingly
• Coordinating with the wider hospitality team to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for VIP clients
• Resolving any issues or concerns raised by VIP clients in a prompt and professional manner
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures to uphold the highest standards of service
