Persyaratan

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a bar management or senior role
• Strong leadership and people management skills to lead and motivate a team
• Excellent knowledge of bar operations, inventory management, and cost control
• Ability to use excel, word and laptop
• Creative flair for developing unique menus and bar promotions
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating a vibrant bar atmosphere
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiarity with relevant liquor licensing, food safety regulations and general business knowledge

Tanggung Jawab

• Manage and lead the bar/floor team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
• Oversee inventory control, ordering, and stock management to maximise profitability
• Develop and implement creative menus and bar promotions to drive sales
• Ensure excellent customer service and a vibrant atmosphere in the bar
• Working on marketing plans with the owner
• Monitor and analyse bar performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Maintain a safe and compliant bar operation in line with relevant regulations
• Collaborate with the wider restaurant management team to deliver an integrated customer experience
